Oil Painting Basics Class

Learn the vivid, unmistakable technique of oil painting from professional artist, Joyce Jane Mitchell, in Oil Painting Basics. This is a beginner course, for students with a very limited knowledge of oil painting. Children ages 10 and older are welcome.
The course runs from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, September 26th, and is located in the Art Recreation Room of Orange Valley Library. Oil paints will be available, but please bring your own 8×10 white canvas.
